PLAN TO ATTEND
August 24-29, 2020
Registered buyers will receive access to a video walkthrough of Ginger's booth, beginning with a quick overview of the collections, and then going closer to view individual pieces.
Schedule your personal video call with Ginger to look closely at collections that interest you and discuss your needs for your store.
Write your order, schedule your ship date, discuss merchandising needs, etc. (just like at an in-person trade show).
During this unprecedented time of risky travel and inability to plan events, set aside the unknowns to plan your GMA selections for the holiday season.
We want to work with you to put together an order that fits your needs as retail recovers. Write an order and secure your ship date, or write a pending order and confirm later. We're also relaxing some of the minimum order requirements to help you get started.
Begin with the video walkthrough before the show, but the highlight will be your personal video call with Ginger - with no typical trade show interruptions!
You won't have to pause a video, or wish for a closer view. Ginger will zoom in on whatever you want to see, answer any questions you have, and be sure that you're able to make the choices that are best for you and your store.
As always, you can expect the level of quality and service that Ginger has always strived to maintain in her work and her business.
And, it's about more than initial impressions. We stand by the jewelry we make. If there's ever an issue, we make it right, right away.
Trade shows give us an opportunity to speak with each other about your venue and ways that the GMA collection might be a good fit for you. We get to curate your selections, explore collections, assemble color stories, and discuss merchandising ideas. And, most importantly, we get to know each other a little bit. Our relationship is important to me. I want to know and enjoy the folks with whom I’m partnering to send more art jewelry out into the world.
As you know, the summer market where I’d normally show in NYC to prepare for Q4 sales can’t happen this year. Retail is facing unprecedented challenges, and I want you to know I understand that. It’s also possible that Q4 could bring an amazing comeback for retail as stores find a new groove and as folks look to support local businesses with their holiday spending this year more than ever.
So I’ve decided to set up my booth in my studio where I’ll be hosting a virtual trade show August 24-29. I’ll send you a video a week or so before the show with an overview of what’s available. You’re then invited to meet with me (virtually) in my booth to explore the collection and get your questions answered. If you decide to write an order, we can do that then, or we can schedule a follow up video appointment later in the week (kind of like visiting the show first, and then coming back a day or two later to write).
And just like any other new season, I’m working on some new designs in a broad variety of price points, better merchandising options to meet your needs based on your previous feedback, and expansions of my best-selling collections. And, also just like any other market, early birds get the best selection on the one-of-a-kind pieces.
I’m encouraging buyers to definitely write an order, even if it’s a pending order, just so you have it already put together and ready to confirm if your Q4 sales suddenly exceed your expectations in November and you find yourself with dangerously low inventory. Think of it as an act of faith. All you’d have to do is reach out to me, confirm the order, and your low-inventory problem is solved.
These are unprecedented times. My goal is to do whatever I can to support you as we all work together to recover. Your success is also my success, and vice-versa.
See you at the show!
